Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use PrideAI. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users found to be under 13.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate and current information when creating your account.
• You may not create more than one account or create an account on behalf of someone else without permission.
• Notify us immediately at support@prideaiapp.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems
• Scrape, crawl, or collect data from the Service using automated means
• Use the AI Coach to generate harmful, dangerous, or medically irresponsible fitness advice and then follow it without professional consultation
• Sell, trade, or transfer your account to another person
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

You retain ownership of content you post to PrideAI (photos, posts, workout logs). By posting content, you grant PrideAI a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You represent that you have the right to post all content you submit and that your content does not violate the rights of any third party. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable, without notice.

AI-generated meal analysis (photo scanning) provides estimates only and may not be accurate. Do not rely solely on AI-generated nutritional information for medical dietary needs.

The Service, including its design, code, features, and content created by PrideAI, is owned by PrideAI and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our written permission.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@prideaiapp.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRIDEAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR PERSONAL INJURY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
